So... Why didn't he just join them straight up? What a jerk-ass lion! Seems like sort of a contrived plot and the whole episode sounds like one big fight scene with older Gokaiger episode footage filling in the gaps. Was the scenes of Yellow, Blue and Red protecting humans used?

Still, I'll reserve judgement until I see it. Just sounding a bit disappointing. The original footage in the second preview and the implication of actual plot in the first preview actually put my hopes up a little.
