Yes, but I'd also recommend fastforwarding any scene that focuses on Shunpei.

That was a big part of it for me, definitely. The show actually had a solid storyline that really did tie together nicely, it's just that the pacing was ruined by having to conform to the two-episode arc structure. I still think that the show's inability to decide if it was a broad comedy or serious emotional drama probably hurt it more, though.

Really, the only reasons to watch Wizard are for the action and because it has one of the best main Riders of the Heisei era.
