Someone correct me if I'm wrong here as I own neither and it has been a while since I last looked this stuff up:
Legend Mobirates has support for a few extra Keys (like Go-Busters), but ditches manual codes for announcing the different Sentai teams & a selection of mecha announcements. Instead it has some holiday greetings.
I guess there's also the encyclopedia look up mode. The Legends Mobirates has a mode where you insert a key and get extra information about that year of Sentai.
Also the Mobirates is more show accurate.


There's been a lot of topics about this in other places, so google around if you'd like specifics.


..and I think Legend Mobirates limited or removed the sounds played for the Kamen Rider OOO Keys
