Well then I'm honestly not sure. It must be based on a percentage of the total votes taken. I can honestly say I didn't even realize that was a part of the equation Either way even if someone was tampering with the votes, and positive votes for one ranger meant less for the other, then we'd have some bizarre negative numbers by now.
