Actually, the only Kyoryuger in 100 years after that doesn't have one in the main show is Tobaspino.

I think that only batteries that correspond to a living Zyudenryu can be used to become a Kyoryuger. Torin does staright up say that you have to defeat the Zyudenryu to become a Kyoryuger, and you can't really defeat a dead mecha dino, can you?
