In terms of personal taste, I generally prefer listening to the faux unscripted podcasts. Having a structure, and professional editing is a must - don't do it over Skype and leave in the sounds of you typing on your keyboard, but the worst kind of podcasts are where it sounds like people are reading off of a script.
yea the skype bit going to be the hard one due to some of the other admin live in other country that might be hosting with me
