They only ever changed out of their forms once Gokai Changed if they were forced out of them or wanted to use their finishers.

I don't have a problem with making a point out of the fact they're never really in their Legendary Modes for long, but it seems ultimately a pointless addition. The reason they're so short is because the fights are only about half of a 20 minute episode.

As for upsides, logically Jungle Fury, Samurai, Wild Force, Dairanger and Lost Galaxy would be the choice transformations for short range while Mystic Force and SPD would be best for long range.
