[Shadow Moon]

Am I the only one who's been disappointed with the villain groups for the past three seasons (Shinkenger-Gokaiger)? If there's one thing I've always enjoyed about super sentai besides its colorful heroes is its even more colorful cast of villains. But for the past three years the villains have just left me underwhelmed. Its seems like Toei is putting more effort into the rider villians now.

Shinkengers Gedoushu: They has awesome designs but they never really did anything but sit around on the damn boat. Doukoku was understandable being sealed and the main baddie but, there was no excuse for the rest. Yeah Juzo would pop up every now and then to stir up trouble but he had his own agenda.

Goseigers Brajira and his various allies: For goseigers faults it tried to do something unique with various groups attacking the earth with a puppet master pulling there strings from the shadows. Save for Brajira the groups weren't really that interesting. Though I did like the design of the Yuumajuu.

Goukaiger Zangyack Empire: While I found Gils entertaining the rest of the group were boring. They could have done alot more with the Joe and Baizarg subplot but chose not too. Then we have Basco who like Juzo has his own agenda and just shows up to move the main plot along when need be.
