Yeah, I guess, but it did it in the wrong way. A good mystery gives you consistent progression to keep you invested. Having so little reveals makes you less and less interested in the final result. Attack on Titan stacks on the questions hard but is incredibly stingy with the answers. I shouldn't be forgetting the questions because there's so many and the answers come so slowly!
