They didn't really say he came from the Future, but I guess the Sentinel Knight can pull some crazy magic. But the Ranger Wiki says Bridge wasn't born yet in that time period, but he said in the Dino Thunder team up in 2004, he wanted to go see himself being born, meaning he was born in 2004, and thus 21 in SPD. I don't know why Ranger Wiki wouldn't specify this.
