I had good experiences with Nippon-Yasan at first, but they've become extremely dodgy and shady with me of late, so I stopped using their service and am happily back with Yokatta again.

Nippon-Yasan has great prices, but their shipping is so high I end up paying more with them.

After my Kyoryu Gold debacle, when I had three preordered from shortly after they went up, I became really hesitant for future dealings. They didn't even bother to tell me what was happening until I inquired about it, and many of us who experienced the problem received different answers, or no responses at all.

Now, when I tried to cancel an order that was placed back at the start of the year, they refused me. Apparently they have changed their cancellation policy, but refuse to honor it for orders placed prior to the change.

They made no mention of this change anywhere except in small lettering on their FAQs page, and just told me in a message when I asked to cancel.

That's extremely unprofessional and shady work, as far as I'm concerned. They can ban my account for not paying for my preorders if they want, I will not be going back to them.
