This wasn't technically a clip episode either, looking back on my post I shouldn't have referred to it as that. What I intended to get across was that I felt like there was too much recap. The first several minutes are just a Simon and Kamina voiceover with a summary of the last episode, and then towards the middle it happens again when they talk about their past memories and repeats scenes from the first few episodes. I'd have less of a problem with it if it came later in the series, but the fact that I just watched all of that a few episodes before made it feel especially repetitive.

Again, it wasn't technically a clip episode since the bathhouse story was still there, but it felt like one to me with the overly long recap scenes.
