The first arc of the anime seriously wasn't significantly different then the from the first arc of the manga, beyond having more filler and a lot more character development for Usagi's friends, Nephlite, Zoicite and Kunzite. They changed the final battle for the better too, but that was really it.

If this was adapting S or Super S I could understand because they actually were significantly different from the manga, but the Dark Kingdom arc has been done better then the manga twice (PGSM and the Anime) so I'm a little bored with Crystal so far.
