Not really. You can't just arbitrarily add years to Eiji's experience or remove them from Spidey.
Fact of the matter is that Spidey has been at it for decades, has genius level intellect, super strength and speed, and everything Eiji does Spidey has faced before, how could Spidey possibly lose?

Oh, and Dinosaur medals don't exist anymore.
