So I finally got around to watching it and wasn't very thrilled. I mean when I hear Heisei vs Showa Kamen Rider War I'm hoping for a big brawl which we kind of got in the beginning (I wonder why that was shown so much in the advertisements?) but I know they have budgets and everything..however...

Really wish they wrote this thing a bit smarter, the new lockseeds come out of nowhere and it's really distracting. I wish they added some plot point where the captured rider locks combine into the two new locks, at least it would explain why they can seemingly access any rider arms at will.

And the flower bit...not sure what to think about that.
