money is motivation from the show previews and in show, releasing it while drive is on the air, it's bad business decision.

Gaim products are being reduced by 30%-80% in Brick and mortar stores in Japan. the toyline is considered done and kids are no longer buying the toys. releasing anything right now at mass release would be financial suicide.

Webshop items are made to order so they are only really doing this for the hardcore collectors that want every single last lockseed from the series so they are not exactly going to make a loss with it being made to order.
