Trains are a big deal in Japan. That's why we got that crossover and that mecha. The chances of a car themed hero movie like what you propose are slim to none in all honesty. It's a nice thought, but I highly doubt it. We're more likely to get that fake detective/cop hero team-up movie first which I would kill for And even that won't happen
