So more trailers have been coming out and it seems that there is more Toku in this movie than just Satoh Takeru (of Den-O).

If my eyes did not fail me, the main who plays Kamen Rider Skull is also featured in this film as Jinei Udo, an early major antagonist from Kenshin's past:

I'm a huge Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X fan from the old Sony dub days so this is glorious news to me. A little sad that KR Skull's actor didn't land the bigger anti-hero role of Saitou Hajime but the man in the trailer seems to look good.
