I've noticed that with some purchases of product from W, OOO and even Fourze come with a Ganbaride card. The cards look similar to what was used in Decade, but some feature riders that were after Decade.

I know you can use the Decade cards with the driver, but is it possible to use the modern cards with the driver as well? What else is the point of the Ganbaride cards? Are they used in Japanese arcades? Is there some way for us Americans to get any extra mileage out of them (ie. any card games, or card battling)?
