As an Ultraman fan, may I humbly ask what the hell you're talking about?!
Ultraman has been hanging on the edge for a few years now, barely plodding along while Tsuburaya keeps changing hands to keep itself afloat. Ultraman Ginga S is a shadow of Ultraman's glory in the 90s, flourishing in that time period where there was no Kamen Rider. If you're citing the DVD sets, that's all from Chaiyo and that's literally the extent of the impact they can make on the market. If you mean Ultraman Max, Tsuburaya has been unsuccessfully shopping around its shows for years, and other than Towards the Future on Hulu no one had bitten in all that time besides the local Californian and Hawaiian stations that would air Leo and the Heisei shows. It's a miracle that anything's finally happened at all.
I think I have a better idea of what you mean with Kikaider, but all of that is targeted to Hawaii specifically, from a small Hawaiian company that skews to the Hawaiian market, which got Kikaider (and Inazuman and V3, among other toku series) back in the 70s and has a lot of nostalgia on which to capitalize. It's not like we're getting the Figuarts here or anything crazy like that.
