Friday the 13th V - Wait, I thought Jason was gone for good, why is there another one? Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, it isn't Jason. Unfortunately, unlike Halloween III, this movie feels unfocused and rushed. The writers clearly had no idea what they wanted to do with it, as it seems like they plan was to have Tommy actually be the killer and then they chickened out in the end to make it some half assed reveal from a background character with a reasoning thought up in seconds. That is just lame and this movie is lame. ON the positive side, it does have some good deaths in it, but whatever. I give it a 4/10 stars. Also, the Not-Jason Jason Mask is terrible looking. Oh yeah, and please, I really hope we never have another character that went to the Crispin Glover School of Dance.

Friday the 13th 6 - Okay, so now we have begun with the start of Super Ultra Zombie Jason, and this one is a pretty solid entry. There is a little bit much on the comedy side, but it does work with the movie instead of taking away from it. That and I love the line, "I've seen enough horror movies to know that a man wearing a mask is not one to be messed with." For the most part, the characters are well done outside of the random couple (which from what is discussed in the extras, they were forced into the movie just to up the kill count), but at least they have a good death scene. The only annoying this is watching this movie right after the previous entry and having a different actor for Tommy. That and the way it starts makes it feel like the fifth movie does not even exist. Overall, I give this one a 6/10 stars. It isn't as good as the fourth movie or the original, but it is definitely one of the best.
