The fourth Horoscope Pokémon, Airies! After Pisees is captured, the lair of Airies will be revealed. Airies resides in Hidden Alley; there, Acciaio Sr (Acciaio's dad) will come in and hand you the "Tracker," an item that will allow you to find Airies in the alley- you'll see it at the entrance and it'll run away. Using the "Tracker," you'll eventually corner Airies, allowing you to battle and capture it.
