No.
Hmm, happened a month ago. Odd how it flew under the radar.
The eight films in question are all the ones previously released by Classic Media, with the original "Gojira" and "Godzilla, King of the Monsters!" being counted separately. Since Classic Media never did give us anything besides the first film on Blu-Ray, maybe Shout! will do something about that in the future.
Unlike some of the Sony DVDs, all of Classic Media's Godzilla movies are readily available, with the original having gotten a reissue earlier this year to coincide with the Sony and Kraken DVDs/BDs.
EDIT: Shout! does not own home-video rights to these Godzilla movies.
Those are still in the possession of Classic Media. Westchester isn't CM, they're the ones who sublicensed the rights to those movies from Classic Media for the purposes of television and streaming. As per Keith Aiken last month:

This does not include home video
, though I guess this could open a door for them to at least discuss the possibility with CM of doing something with their Toho titles... but that would require a separate deal between the two companies (and probably Toho's approval).
That's why it fell under the radar, because it doesn't particularly change anything besides what company gets Turner Classic Movies to air these movies on cable and whatnot.
