You literally just see him suddenly fighting alongside Troy, who says "Good to see you again old friend" or something to that effect. Robo Knight replies "Glad to be back" and then that's it. He disappears along with the other rangers at the end of battle (he isn't specifically shown going) and none of it is ever mentioned again.
