Interesting story I just read from the Huffington Post that was from an interview Todd Van Luling did with David Yost, David Fielding, ASJ, Karan Ashley, and Walter Jones.

I'm not sure about how much some of this stuff is known, other than ASJ's beef with Saban, or the casting call stuff, but it's an interesting retrospective how these actors were back in the day.
