Yeah, I got it on sale on HLJ. I'll warn you now while his articulation is good, and paint apps and details are great, very show accurate. He has a lot of QC issues, my first one, the wrist ball joing snapped off. Since his hands aren't a soft rubbery plastic like the Kamen Riders, they're PVC, and they're really tight on both ones I have, but you can still pop them off without worry by kind of...the best way I can describe it is by pinching it off. Both versions have loose hips, ala TaToBa, and I really hat his ankle joints, it's this weird hinge joint that pegs into the foot at a 45 degree angle, so you can't naturally tilt his ankles. The way I know this is that on my second one the foot would nor stay in, so I had to take the left leg from my first one. Also, on both the ones I have they have 1 really tight elbow. Now onto his coattails, they are too heavy, and he has some weight issues because of it. They aren't on hinges like I had hoped, they're on a bendy plastic bit so that they can move out of the way for poses, but if you want them flared out, they won't stay there, and this is a minor complaint, his shoulder pads are on ball joints, and they peg into his collar, I would've prefered it if they were more like Double or OOO's shoulder pads. I also wish that his thigh swivel was lower on the leg, but a lot of figuarts have thigh swivels like that, so it's fine. I think most of his problems come from the fact that Takuto is so skinny in the show. Also his hair is very pointy.
Ok, I have been very negative, so now onto the positives. Like I said, it is very show accurate, all the details are there. Very clean, crisp paint apps. I like the white they used for his coat, it's like a shiny pearlescent white-ish color, think SHF Fourze, but a little shinier. I also really like his boots. They are a really shiny, glossy black, I can't tell of it's paint, or if that's the color that the plastic is molded in. His articulation is great as well, as is to be expected from a Figuart. His accessory count is really good. He comes with Star Sword holding hands, Ginga Bishounen pose/ Galatic Tau Beam hands, relaxed hands, fists, and a Kiraboshi salute hand...for some reason. He also has 3 swap out faces, a smirking face, an open mouth happy face, and a yelling angry face, all of them look really good, the sculpting is great on those. Now onto his toothpi- I mean his Star Swords, there's not much to say since they're very simple, he holds them very well, though on my first one Emeraude was a little bent, since they are very thin at the tip. Also the sheathed sword is nice, but I wish that it came with an unsheathed version, it's ok though. Also, he comes with his own custom Tamashii stage, it doesn't say anything, it's clear red, and it's in the shape of a star, so they didn't have to include that, but I'm glad they did
In closing, while it's a good figure, I would only recommend it to fans of Star Driver, and I wouldn't recommend paying more for it than I did, which was $27 shipped from HLJ. For you specifically, ZeorangerV, I would say get it at some point to go with Tauburn, but don't go out of your way to get one, since he's very easy to find for a good price, I hope my "review" helped you in some way
