Its being called "Season 2" but really its the second half of the already announced episode run, rather then a new set of episodes.

A bit of a shame, imo. This crushes any hope I had that they were going to drastically alter the last half of the Dark Kingdom in order to do their own thing.

Happy it's getting a season 2 and why did you think they might do there own thing. Due to the fact since last year they be following manga more closely as possible this time round with no filler
