Character wise though, I hate Flay. God I hate Flay. She is the absolute worst person in the universe.

Flay was actually one of my personal favorite aspects of SEED. Through her the series showed the turmoils of person who goes through loss during war which, although she was a terrible person, allowed me to sympathize with her and at the very least understand where she was coming from. At the start she wasn't the worst person in the world, but after the fallout of the war took its toll she was a completely different person... that's what I think anyway, I'm just giving my two cents here.
