Yes I know, I'm sorry if my first post came out as weird. I was very tired when I first typed my opening, I might have confuse some people reading this. I read it on TV tropes that several shows that are not from Japan have been classified as Toku like Knight Rider, Doctor Who, any work done by Gerry Anderson (ie: Thunderbird, Captain Scarlet, etc...), and even Thomas the tank Engine have been classified as tokusatsu according to TV tropes.

So if Thomas the tank engine can be classified as Toku, can these shows like The Night Watchman's Journal I mentioned above be classified as Toku because of the special effect used in these show?
