She looked at her helmet, said "I love being a Power Ranger" and then "Legend Shifted" into Astronema when she held her helmet up. It was a cool reference, I guess, but made zero sense in context to what she said or what was happening.

Fair warning: have seen only pieces of the full extension, but I did see this part. I believe it was a nod to her being a former villain and how being a Ranger is far better than that. And to be honest, when you talk about Karone, you're going to mention Astronema sooner or later. The fact they did it is clearly one of the highlights of the extension itself and shows that Saban and Co. do have intelligence.
