It is technically accurate to the first appearance in Black and later Taisen appearances, as oppose to the first mould which was closer to the suit used during action scenes. That being said, the differences are incredibly miniscule.

As for me, I will purchase Renewal Shadow Moon since I missed out on the reissue, but I do agree that there are other figures that need renewals far far more than Nobuhiko, like W. Hell, AkibaRed S1 is in more need than SM.
Not to mention characters that deserve figures in general like the often brought up Kiva, or even J or about a dozen Metal Heroes.
