More or less. We had a woman, on one side, whose mother created the Ixa suit and knew its capabilities intimately. On the other, we had first one, then two random yahoos that wandered in off the street. But they were men so obviously they were better choices. Honestly, the Fangire hunting organization on this show was deeply, deeply inept.

I think after the show ended and the later movies he just kept going using (forgot the name of it) The Rusted Zeronos form later on like in The Final Countdown Den O movie, and such.

Yuuto used up the last Altair form card at the end of the series. Sakurai completely faded away, so there was no source of green cards left.
