He had been quoted once previously before Skyfall production in regards to this. He had stated that he was doing the then pre-production Skyfall. Then he wanted to do one more after it, which we now know is Specter. Then said that if he was physically able he'd love to do at least one more after that. He is contracted for 5 films, but he's also 46 currently and by time a 5th film gets into production he could be 50. So he recognizes his physical limitations may become a factor by that point.
