I guess I'll just list off some that I really, really loved.
Aforementioned Eiji vs. Ankh.
W vs. Utopia.
Fourze vs. Meteor.

There's probably a lot more, but those are what stand out in my head as awesome, at the moment.

All of these above, plus Decade, DiEnd, Kiva-La and the Heisei Riders against Doras in Movie War 2010, W vs Eternal, Eiji VS Lost Ankh (Mostly due to how brutal Eiji as PuToTyra was to him, I mean, he cut off his wings in midair and broke his cores while he was screaming), Ryusei as his human self vs Tatsugami in 47 and their continuation in 48, Fourze vs Aquarius (due to the intensity of the scene), Den-O vs the Death Imagin, and Eiji with Ankh VS Dr. Maki.
