The little plastic ring inside the T-Rex leg that allows it to snap on to a zord builder peg is pretty tiny and thin. With bad luck, I can imagine it breaking.

I haven't had problems with mine yet, but have seen the internals. One of my legs does not like to stay in a very forward position (the bump on the side of the Megazord leg just does not want to stay in the divot inside the T-Rex leg) and so my T-Rex stands a little awkwardly.
