You know, I think Ryback has a point here.

Aside from the detective angle (Which is used differently, by the by), a lot of those points are very, very similar to other rider series. Strong female who pokes fun at his flaws along with an asshole secondary and mysterious predecessor? Are we watching Drive or Kiva?
