Well, yeah. It was the same guys in the Fourze and Meteor suits that are in just about every recent Main and Secondary Riders, so they looked just as tall and buff as any other adult Rider. For me the SHFs are a case of less accurate to the exact on-screen image, but more accurate to who and what the characters are supposed to be.
