Ability: Adaptability
Raise its defense, special defense, and special attack after mega evolving.
Since Milotic can learn Dragon Pulse, it'll be STAB with the adaptability boost. Also give Milotic access to Calm Mind to boost its special attack and special defense to make it bulkier then before.

I'm sure these ideas will make Milotic a killing machine.
