I like pretending that each show takes place in its own separate universe, while those cross overs are just non-canon and take place probably in a different universe. Foundation X was in both Fourze and W, and the medals from OOO's were foreshadowed by X. So those three shows are loosely connected. But again in my mind each show is in it's own separate universe. Except Black and Black RX.
