I think W - Drive to exist in the same universe since some of the crossover movies where reference in the show. Kuuga was shown in Fourze and Kiva's belt was reference in Gaim. I do wish Toei would build their universe better similar how Marvel studios does.

The video games, don't really bring much relevance to canon, since they are just there for fun.

The kivas belt thing was an Easter egg.

I just can't see how people see W-Drive in the same universe. The movies are just their own thing to make money, to bring back old cast members. They don't really serve that much of a purpose outside of that. They're not canon to the show.
