Absolutely not. Their goal is to make more sales. A future re-release with additional accessories would only appease some smaller group of people who didn't buy any of the releases to begin with and that's not enough.

The goal with the Drive figuarts is to make you buy everything. That's why all the tires and effects all come with different figures. I could see packs of just tires that weren't released as first release bonuses as a Web Exclusive though.

I don't see Bandai making a new bubble for Drive with the missing accessories when they were sold with other figures. They're trying to get you to buy figures you might otherwise not, that's why they split them up in the first place.
