And it would not work that well IMO, Gou is a horrible character to focus on, I can't stand him for too long. And I feel like Chase works better as a side-character, would he be the main character the whole story would focus on him learning to be a human, and I think it's one of the more boring backgrounds for a character.

If you apply it to Agito it seems good of course, because Aguito was a great show. But it also makes no sense.
