I don't know how well it'll work in Power Rangers, but as an idea I don't think it's too bad. As long as they don't play into bad stereotypes it should be fine as any colour.

Personally I'd rather see more female blues, but that's another subject entirely.

I'd love more female blues too, and maybe more along the darker main blue rather than the Cyan they like to use.
