There is no comparison. Jen isn't even very similar to Blossom, either.
You're taking superficial traits (Colors worn and position on the team) and forcing similarities.
She's not even that smart, being on par with, perhaps a little smarter than Katie. She's only smarter than Wes because of the 1000 year time difference, and she's smarter than Lucas because "GOTTA GO FAST." Trip was the "Smart" one on the team.
