I think the finishers should be called (name of the form) Savage, like: Thero Savage, Quad Savage, Aqua Savage, etc... It fits the theme of the Rider and it sounds cool :3
As for the Aero form, I think it would be nice if he yes changed wings and flying attributes, but in different parts of the body, like on the forearms, on the back, on the legs and on the arms as a whole, kind of how GreenPsychoRanger suggested.
About the dinos (actually, pterosaurs), I'd like to suggest:
