I think it would be funny as an animation, but bringing cartoons to life with PR and nick running it, it could be janky at best. I also don't think he would become a ranger, but rather have armor or something like what is common with extra heroes and have him do a role call pose, but he wouldn't morph into a ranger (for either a live action or cartoon crossover).
