For me:

I would make a series of horse-themed armor heroes, with a Cavalry theme behind them (they can deputize police or local citizens with armor and weapons to help them fight off the monster-of-the-week and mooks) as well as the main hero always/mostly having a lance weapon.

The heroes would be more Metal Hero in design then Sentai or Rider, there would be an emphasis on the Enemy group being an invading force, rather than just sending one monster to make a ruckus in the middle of town.

The first season would be based off of Norse Mythology, and the main hero would have armor based off of Slephnir, with a hi-tech fire lance based off of Odin's Gungnir. The enemies would be diseased citizens that need to be cured, as well as Einherjar based off of varies armies (Alexander the Great's, Genghis Khan, Julius Caesar) sent out by someone claiming to be a reincarnated Hel.
