Half an hour in, i'm hella confused. Is Kamen Rider 3 a good guy or bad guy?
He rider kicks Kamen Rider 1 and 2 early on, apparently killing the on behalf of Shocker. This creats a new timeline in which Shocker rules the world, and Drive's Special Operation police team works for Shocker hunting rogue Kamen Riders that oppose Shocker's rule.

Rider 3 then shows up in the Drive universe and recruits Shinnosouke to fight against Shocker, claiming Rider 1 and 2 are still alive, with their consciousness each stored away in some computer. After this explanation, several Showa riders attack, but Rider beats the shit out them (like a bad guy)
