How does anything you just said apply to my criticism? He knew Dai was a Fangire when he killed that entire resturant of people. My point is who in their right fucking mind would see that scene and think "oh woe is me?" How about oh woe is all those fuckin' dead people?

Pre-W Hesei riders have a nasty tendancy to not give a shit about people's lives, and just generally not be heroic at all. It's all about beating the monster, not because it'll save poeple, but because that's what a Kamen Rider does. They're too often completely disconnected from the lives of anyone but their own, like the writers think it's "uncool" or "too kiddy" to have heroes place civilian lives as top priority.
