Not when it comes to the Ryuki dudes (and babe). The Ryuki Figuarts have blown the Figmas out of the water in terms of accessories.

Figma Dragon Knight: hands, Dragvisor, Sword Vent, Strike Vent, Guard Vents, and a Final Vent card, basic stand.

Figuarts Ryuki: more hands, opening Dragvisor that can hold cards, Strike Vent, all Advent Cards, a Tamashii stand with three full arms, and Sword and Guard Vents that can be stored on the body of Dragreder.

Figma Wing Knight: hands, Darkvisor, Sword Vent, Final Vent card, cloth cape with inevitably breaking wire for articulation, basic stand.

Figuarts Knight: more hands, opening Darkvisor that can hold cards, attachabled hip holster for the Darkvisor, full Advent Card deck, Sword Vent with long and short handles, Darkwing contract monster that can store the Sword Vent and connect to Knight's back to be either wings or his Guard Vent, a plastic but still beautifully sculpted and articulated cape, the corkscrew cape assembly to recreate Knight's Final Vent, and a Tamashii stand.

Even Ouja, who doesn't have a monster of effect parts, still has at least the functional Venovisor and multiple cards.

There is no way outside of price that the Figmas can outdo the Figuarts - and even there it's only because you're paying for less.
